Tailored Signage

Amanda is an amazing graphic designer and so she made all of the signage for the weekend including an awesome itinerary for her guests, seating chart, matchbook covers, and a welcome sign.

The Perfect Wake up Call

Both mornings guests were their the groom’s mom brought in VOW Mobile Bar to have fresh coffee for everyone as soon as they woke up. It not only made the lobby smell delicious but created another wonderful opportunity for the guests to mingle and get to know each other. If your ever thinking about coffee for the mornings, cocktail hour, or reception you should definitely check out Mikayla and Paul, their set up goes with every aesthetic, not to mention they are fabulous people! Amanda also had Toast Records and Bakes bring up homemade pop tarts which were INCREDIBLE!

Guest Involvement

Amanda and Kyle were so intentional about every single part of their wedding weekend. They did a first look and all of their pictures early that way they could enjoy their cocktail hour with their guests. One fun way they included people was that they wrote everyone’s names down and put them in a bowl then they each drew a name and the person got to sign their marriage license as a witness. How fun is that?!

First Dances on the front patio

Amanda and Kyle didn’t really like the idea of everyone’s eyes on them so they decided to do their first dances at the end of cocktail hour outside on the front patio. This created a much more casual environment for their dances. Amanda even did a sweet first dance with her mom to the classic song “Where You Lead” by Carole King. <3
